MES Kalladi College, Mannarkkad is the proud symbol of the Muslim Educational Society, Calicut to the cause of higher education in Kerala, especially to the educationally backward areas Mannarkkad town on the side of Palakkad Calicut National Highway and bordered by the perennial river "Kunthipuzha" and for tressed by panoramic hills of Silent Valley and Attappadi.

         The college started functioning as a junior college in 1967 and was upgraded in 1971 with the introduction of degree courses and late the college was further upgraded as a Post Graduate college in 1978. Now the college is offering 20 Under Graduate programmes, 9 Post Graduate programmes, 1 Integrated programme and 5 Research Ptogrammes .

           MES Kalladi College, Mannarkkad, was accredited with an A++ Grade by NAAC in the 4th cycle (2025) and was also upgraded to autonomous status in the same year.
